I couldn't figure out how to get Hola working in Internet Explorer, so I tried Torch and up until last night it has worked brilliantly. Both Chrome & Firefox seem to use way too much CPU and my laptop just can't handle it. Say goodbye to video ads, pop-ups, flashing banners and more. PS - For anybody wondering why I don't use Firefox/Chrome to access Hola Unblocker, the reason is that Torch is the only browser I've found that allows me to access Netflix through Hola without overheating & shutting down my laptop. Block ads that interrupt your browsing experience. I managed to access the components & plugins by typing torch://components and torch://plugins, but there is no Widevine CDM anywhere to be seen.Īny ideas how to fix this? Is it even possible to use/update Widevine CDM in Torch Browser? However, Netflix seems to think I am browsing through Google Chrome: As of last night, trying to load a Netflix video prompts and error message suggesting that I need to update Widevine CDM in order to play videos, and it provides instructions to do so. I've been using Torch Browser and the Hola Unblocker add-on specifically for Netflix for months now.
